Welcome to culture shock, the show that loosely ties the knots of video games’ sweaters and attaches them to other random cultural jumpers. In other words – we link video games to other culture type stuff. Although the jumper analogy was more fun.

On this week’s show we are looking at the other living creatures upon this earth – yes – animals. A firm favourite in gaming and the world over. We are obsessed by animals, to look at, have as pets, wear as lap hat or turn into video game caricatures for our own amusement.

I guess we should start at the very beginning with an animal character that was one of the first popular cartoons of all time. Yes that’s right it’s everyone’s favourite mouse; Mickey.
