Last week on The Blurb comedian Eddie Kadi, top guy and hilarious too, came along. The bizarre Blurb challenge had him playing Child of Eden and describing what on earth was going on whilst I tried to interpret his words into a work of art. As you can see, it didn't go that well though in my defence I only had about 6 colours and paintbrushes that looked like they'd been used for toilet clean-up duty at some point! Props to our producer, David, for coming up with the idea though. We did offer Eddie the picture as a gift, but oddly found it stacked by some bins, not an art fan obviously then. Or maybe just not a fan of rubbish art done in 3 minutes by a TV presenting gamer.

In this week's episode we've got hip hop legend Sway in the house, which was great to film. It's always great to chat to folks about their secret gaming loves. Everyone has really eclectic choices of stuff they grew up playing. I love finding out people are secretly game nerds underneath it all.
That’s what gets me excited about Ginx, finally bringing gaming into a mainstream platform so that everyone can come out of the gaming closet. Like a gamers’ anonymous meeting. “Yes I am a gamer and I’m not ashamed. Uncharted 2 was exceptional and I don’t care what anyone else thinks.” IT WILL HAPPEN!
Mini-rant over. In conclusion, gaming is the future. When do we become heroes for fighting the cause this long? Soon right?? Yeah??
